After having worked for 4 years in a German group as a consultant for architects, Eric was responsible for the German market for 7 years on behalf of a Japanese group specialized in polymer chemistry, a worldwide leader in the production and commercialization of advanced materials. His experience as an intercultural manager for 15 years, an interface between Japanese management and a European clientele, enabled him to communicate through different intercultural prisms, analyze strategic information, target opportunities and identify risks. Working within a Japanese Business Unit allowed him as well to measure the importance of the societal dimension in the strategic approach and the input of collaborative work to build long-lasting relationships with various partners in public and private environments. As a Business Developer on foreign markets, he has participated in projects to recommend advanced products entering into the composition of innovative applications for the following markets: aeronautics, automotive, marine, renewable energies, construction, sport and luxury. Eric holds an Executive MBA from the HEC School of Management and a Master in Marketing from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He studied business administration at the University of Trier in Germany. Eric is fluent in German, French and English.
